    University of Arizona 2016 Campus Safety, Security & Fire report released

    The annual Campus Safety, Security and Fire report was published Oct. 1 by the University of Arizona. In the crime statistics, there were 10 rapes reported on campus in 2015, compared with 13 in 2014, and six rapes off-campus, compared with 14 in 2014. Stalking reports more than tripled, to 10. Motor vehicle theft reports more than doubled to 15 from seven. Burglary reports on campus were 20, down from 25 in 2014, with 13 off-campus in 2015, down from 16.  Liquor Law Arrests and Violations on campus have declined from 2014, but the Drug Arrests and Violations on campus have risen since 2014.
