The Huachuca Astronomy Club of Southeastern Arizona organizes a watch party less than 90 minutes away from Tucson. Organizers will set up telescopes from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Sierra Vista Public Library to provide a unique view of the eclipse, which could cover up to 70% of the sun.

The Park expects not more than 30 people to attend the event, officials said.

Beginning at 10 a.m. Monday, astrologer Susie Cox and mystic and energy healer Rachel Otto will be the guides for a special eclipse watch event. Guests are invited to bring their preferred portable seating, blanket or yoga mat for a group meditation. Solar glasses will be available.
