From egg hunts to egg decorating, there are events for the entire family in the days leading up to Sunday’s holiday.
Easter egg decorating
If being crafty is your style, head on over to The Club at Starr Pass, 3645 W. Starr Pass Blvd., for a free egg decorating event at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 28. All supplies will be provided and the whole family is encouraged to participate. This event is free and no reservation is needed.
Breakfast with the bunny
Trail Dust Town might want to change its name to Easter Town on Saturday, March 30. From 9 a.m. to noon, the Old West-themed restaurant and park at 6541 E. Tanque Verde Road is hosting a day of Easter fun.
It kicks off with a breakfast at Savoy Opera House and will include crafts for kids, photos with the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt throughout Trail Dust Town and amusement park rides.
Tickets are $35 for adults, $25 for children and $10 for infants.

Community-wide Easter egg hunt
Sabino Road Baptist Church is hosting a free community-wide egg hunt for children up to 12 years old from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 30, in ramadas 7-9 at Udall Park.
Kids, splitting into three groups depending on age, will hunt for more than 7,000 eggs. Other activities include arts and crafts and face painting. Admission is free; register at the Eventbrite website for the event.

Easter at the Foothills Community Market
Foothills Community Market is embracing the joys of spring and Easter with a market on Sunday, March 31, featuring local businesses selling food and other products while local musicians perform an Easter concert. There will also be an Easter raffle and free photos with the Easter Bunny.
The community market is at 7325 N. La Cholla Blvd. and takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Easter scavenger hunt
For a fun twist on an Easter egg hunt, join Main Event Entertainment, 4700 S. Landing Way, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 31, for a scavenger hunt. The Easter Bunny will provide clues throughout the day that could end with prizes. This event is free; to register, visit the Eventbrite page.
Easter brunch at Hacienda Del Sol – March 31, 2024
If you’re more of a brunch person than egg hunts, head over to Hacienda Del Sol, 5501 N. Hacienda del Sol Road, for the resort’s annual Easter brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 31.
The buffet will feature traditional breakfast favorites along with prime rib, lamb, salmon, soups, salads, pasta and desert.
The cost is $95 per adult, $50 per child and free for children under 5. Call 520-529-3500 for reservations.
