Major League Soccer not only brings revenue to the Tucson economy with their preseason play, but a bigger idea that soccer is growing in the community. The MLS teams coming to town year after year brings awareness to the growth of soccer within Tucson stemming all the way down to youth soccer. The benefits of the Mobile Mini Sun Cup every year helps Tucson have a greater impact on their economy, which includes the hotels and restaurants that the teams are utilizing. Tourists also bring money in to Tucson, who travel into town to escape their hometown weather while watching their hometown soccer team as fans.
